So far so good. Runs nice and quiet
Only put in about 4 weeks ago. So far so good. Runs nice and quiet. Hopefully will not have to replace for another decade.

Taking your chances
Note that this is not an OEI part. This motor failed in 8 months. When requested for warranty from the equipment manufacturer (carrier), my licensed mechanic was told that this product would not be covered under 1-yr warranty as it was not purchased from the authorized OEI vendor. You are taking a chance by placing an order here. Also note that this motor is just about ~$325 from the licensed parts dealers. Hope this review helps for anyone who wants to take a chance in online purchase.
