I really love the actual conditioner. It's perfect for my sensitive skin, and doesn’t make my hair too heavy or greasy. I've been using it for several years, and don't intend to stop.I have a giant gripe about the switch to a pump bottle. For the life of me, I could not get it to pop up and work. It's cheap and poorly made. Thankful that I had the top from my previous squeeze bottle, and that it fit, or I would have had to send it back.

Este acondicionador ha sido perfecto para mi cuero cabelludo sensible. No tiene fragancias ni ingredientes irritantes, lo cual agradezco muchísimo. Deja el cabello suave, sin sensación pesada ni residuos. Muy recomendable si buscas algo realmente suave y sin químicos agresivos.

Pleasantly surprised. No fragrance.. has a creamy gel like texture. Left my hair soft with no trace of residue. I have normal hair..grey..no dye. Got this for dry scalp. Feels better after 1 use. No reaction. Will continue to use if formula doesn't change

I wanted to love it because I am allergic to just about everything else. I appreciate that this doesn’t have all of the toxic fragrances and everything, but my hair looks terrible. Fuzzy, no shine.

Not sure what I expected with hair smell from a hypo product but its actually nice!
