Above my expectations & good price
I bought this and two other fans. This one is in my husband's home office. He has quite a few computers in there, which makes it uncomfortably warm most of the time (the poor AC works extra hard trying to deal with it). The simple design threw me off. I worried it wouldn't had much power. Yeah, I was wrong. The fan quality and power are great! My husband set it behind him (close to a wall) and has it oscillating. This has kept the room at a comfortable (i.e. no sweating while working) level! For such an inexpensive fan, I was happily surprised!

No complaints here
I only wanted to write a review after owning it for a little bit as fans I've bought in the past normally only last like 5-8 months then SOMETHING breaks on it, but not this this one. I can't sleep at night without some kind of breeze and this fan is really silent, and for how small it is really puts a good amount of breeze. My only complaint is the feet are plastic and rarely when I pick it up the legs fall out of their snapped in location, but its easy to snap them back in and they never fall out or tip over when its firm on the ground. Also extremely light easy to clean. If I need another fan for a different room I'm definitely re-ordering!

A decent budget friendly fan
Mosy of the fan, blades, and fan blade cover are made with cheap shiny plastic (likely Polystyrene) that loves to collect dust, which can actually be beneficial if you don't mind cleaning the fan every now and then. Rotates and blows air, as it should, so I will still give 4 stars.

Small fan but powerful air.
It’s small but mighty. Puts out a lot of air. Easy to put together with no tools required. I will be purchasing another.

This fan BLOWS…..great!!
It was very very VERY easy to put together. Didn’t even have to read the directions. It was THAT easy. The fan blows quite fast for my taste. I would HIGHLY recommend getting this fan. You won’t go wrong.

I've Got Concerns
After using the fan I've got some concerns. 1) It's definitely not as tall as the last Pelonis fan I had, harder to shoot over desks, etc. 2) It is more powerful but too powerful. Just got off the treadmill. At the lowest setting, it's blows too much air...gets you actually cold. Even when you move it back. Then you turn it off but immediately you get too hot because you're walking the treadmill. Off...on...off, not fun. The higher settings are crazy. My last fan's lowest setting was just right 3) This fan head won't tip as far back (upward) as my prior Pelonis fan. I need that angle up because I'm higher on a treadmill, but this fan doesn't have the tipping range that the last fan had so the air is hitting your body but not fully up to your head. All in all, it's probably fine for most people but at this point I wouldn't have bought it if I had known what I know now, but you don't learn these things until after you have gotten the fan.I had another Pelonis pedestal remote control oscillating fan for 5 years. I noticed it starting to lean, then yesterday the pedestal broke off the base. Basically, the weld broke off. Nothing could be done. I went to buy a new fan like the one I had but Pelonis had discontinued the model. I bought this fan. It's much heavier than the old fan so I would assume it's more sturdy. Also, the base seems to be a different design and it's not connected by a weld so it shouldn't break off. It doesn't seem as tall as my old fan but maybe that's my imagination. Once I got it together it worked great. Has remote control as my other one did. I use the fan all the time since it's in my office, gym. Been happy with Pelonis. I expect to get another 5 years of more out of this fan.I will say the "installation instructions" were horrible. The first page was a picture with the name of the components. You turn to the second page at the top they tell you how to connect the front and rear fan guards, which I did. Then I realized the fan blade has to go in-between the two guards so I had to take the two fan guards apart. The base installation was clear but you don't realize the "right angle bolt", which looks like a little wrench which you would think you would remove, stays with the fan unit base, hidden under the base. There is a diagram of putting the blade/grills together but at this point I found it easier to just figure it out myself by looking at the parts. Who writes these instructions?

Too loud for sleeping
The fan is good quality, easy to assemble, but even on low, its too loud to use in a bedroom, so I returned it. As the description says it does have a powerful motor.
