At the introduction of adding this to your life, take a smaller amount and increase slowly over weeks. In my opinion only, I am not a medical person, my opinion is to take with food in the morning...or your day start. In the directions it talks about a side effect of a possible headache, I did get a headache when I didn't take with food. The headache didn't last that long...but it was a bit uncomfortable. A doctor did mention to me that increasing the amount slowly (started at half of a full dose) and that the body gets to a near 80 to 90 % saturation in about 4 months. again talk with your doctor, I am not a medical professional. Also, I do not know how true this is, but a regular blood test only measures how much is in the blood and not the body as a whole[ I guess it is around 3% that is in the blood stream,] so if your within the good measurement its only 3% of what is required in your whole body, again I am not a medical Professional, so talk with your medical people.
